Guidelines around Using Promotional Resources

  • Validators of WCCR-approved activities may use any of the promotional resources listed to promote their event on campus
  • Use of these resources are prohibited if the activity has not been approved by the WCCR coordinator or is currently pending approval
  • Staff/Faculty using promotional resources must maintain the file’s original form and may not alter any images and/or text in any way.
